AB The COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally transformed the way teaching was conducted at all levels of education and across all subjects, including mathematics, which requires a specific approach due to its abstract nature. This study investigates how students reflect on their experiences with online mathematics instruction during this pandemic. The research was carried out in 2024 through a descriptive analysis of a questionnaire survey among 664 students of grammar schools and secondary vocational schools. The study examined not only the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning from the students' perspective but also their preferences regarding different forms and methods of instruction. ER
