In the past the content of the education about the plants was presented in the form of colourful paintings. The subject of the research was to find out the influence of didactic application of the curriculum about the plants with the content focus on the reproductive organ of the plant - flower, that was presented to pupils in the form of painted pictures, colourful photography and living models of the plants with flowers. The aim of the research was to compare which of the used illustrations (images, photos, realities) of the curriculum about the flower will have the positive effect on the formation of pupils' attitudes, knowledge and ideas about the plants. The significant influences were confirmed at the level of knowledge and ideas about the flower of plants, with the group working with the real flower showing comparatively higher results than the group working with images and photographs of the flowers. The formation of pupil attitudes to plants by the short-term effect of the curriculum about plants has not been significantly confirmed.
