AB In terms of speech and language pathology, the main point of diagnostics in persons with neurogenic communication disorders - especially with aphasia - is a speech comprehension. The assessment of this difficulty is indispensable due to making differential diagnostics, establishing therapeutic plan and prognosis. This article presents the diagnostic tools containing speech comprehension used in persons with neurogenic communication disorders in the Czech Republic. In addition, the Czech adaptation of the original Slovak test for speech comprehension at the sentence level, which was published in 2015, is presented. In the future, it is expected to extend the test into clinical practice. The research is supported by IGA_PdF_2018_024.
